In this category, the judges are looking for a case study in which an insolvency procedure was used to rescue the business, or where the process used required a proportion of creditors to agree or reach a compromise on the restructuring method.
Technology can be viewed for this category in its broadest description – which can also include software applications and business methods. Examples will be needed as to how the technology has benefited the business operations or its service to clients and customers.
