Hilco Streambank is seeking offers to acquire the intellectual property assets of Flybe on behalf of its joint administrators Interpath Advisory.

Among the assets that are available include the Flybe Brand, its trademarks, its domain names and website content, and its social media accounts.
Earlier this year the regional airline entered administration for the second time – resulting in all flights to and from the UK being cancelled, and 277 of the business’s 321 staff being made redundant.
It was the second time in just under three years the firm had entered administration, previously announcing it would cease trading in March 2020 – citing the Covid pandemic as a contributory factor. It was subsequently purchased by Thyme Opco – linked with the US hedge fund Cyrus Capital – resuming operations in April 2022.
Offers to Hilco are due on 11 April at 4pm, with all expressions of interest and bids needing to be directed to Hilco in writing.
