Kroll has announced the appointment of two new managing directors, Sarah Rayment and Annika Kisby.

The business has said the pair will support and advance Kroll’s position as an independent advisor, bolstering its experience and capabilities across its insolvency, advisory and real estate restructuring service offerings.
Rayment is an appointment-taking insolvency practitioner with more than 30 years’ of experience in restructuring and insolvency. Her expertise covers a range of sectors particularly in leisure and hospitality, retail, and real estate.
She joins Kroll’s UK restructuring leadership team to support the growth and strategic aspirations of the practice.
Kisby, meanwhile, will join the real estate advisory division within Kroll’s Restructuring Advisory practice, working with managing directors James Liddiment and Paul Greenhalgh. In her new role, she will help clients navigate a challenging real estate market, using her insights and experience in corporate recovery and receivership.
