TRI Strategy launches inaugural Global TRI Awards

As such, TRI Strategy can announce the launch of the Global TRI Awards, supported by Nexia International. It will provide the perfect opportunity to reflect on the challenges faced, the customers supported and the opportunities seized over the past year. 

The awards will reward leading TRI professionals across four jurisdictions, these being the Americas, the Asia-Pacific region, Europe and the UK, and the Middle-East and North Africa. All entries must be “cross-border” cases, and the organisation entering should have a footprint in a minimum of two countries.

The ceremony, which will take place as a digital TV broadcast, will celebrate the industry’s outstanding figures across seven awards categories. This includes Corporate Rescue of the Year - which is open to any firm specialising in any aspect of business rescue, and Corporate Restructuring Lawyer of the Year - designed for lawyers specialising in insolvency who provide legal or advisory services in the corporate restructuring process. 

Additionally, the event will reward one business for its outstanding work on a single turnaround case study through the Turnaround of the Year Award, as well as a top-performing insolvency team across the whole spectrum of the industry through the Insolvency Team of the Year Award.

Deciding who wins what will be a judging panel formed of astute, independent and impartial experts who specialise in and have vast experience across the turnaround, restructuring insolvency across the globe. 

To enter, choose your categories and check the entry criteria and write three achievements - supported by an up to 500-word submission. 

Award entries need to be submitted before the deadline, the standard entry for which is 15 July - while the final deadline is 16 September. 

The ceremony will take place on 2 November. 

Entering the Global TRI Awards provides worldwide industry recognition, giving you an independent endorsement to win business to new customers. Being shortlisted also opens the doors to a multitude of marketing and PR opportunities.
