Vulnerability Summit is back as a digital broadcast

The multi-brand event aims to address a variety of vulnerabilities ranging from how to support yourself and how to ensure customers make correct decisions.

The summit will bring together reward and payroll professionals and credit sector to discuss the signs of vulnerability and where they can support, in and outside the workplace.

Featuring sessions such as “Looking after me” and “Customers making the right choices”, “Looking after me” focuses on ensuring your staff make the right choices about their wellbeing and are supported by the employer to ensure they don’t become vulnerable which will help them to support their customers in the long run.  

 

“Customers making the right choices” focusses on supporting customers who have fallen on hard times and looking at what measures are in place for them. The UK is going through a difficult time where several customers are having to make difficult decisions. Now more than ever, organisations are forced to find ways to support vulnerable customers to make informed decisions for themselves.
