Paul Jacks

Paul has been with Shawbrook Bank since 2016 where he was initially recruited in to design and head the newly formed Commercial Debt Restructuring team (and process). 

He is an experienced, qualified Banker with significant and diverse background in corporate Financial Services gained through nearly 30 years in the corporate lending arena; initially at RBS NatWest (Business Restructuring & Recoveries) and then with Nationwide Building Society (Head of Commercial Property Portfolio Management). 

Paul specialises in debt restructuring with a priority focus on business survival and job retention. He has hands on experience working with UK trading companies through numerous economic and trading life cycles and across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, helping underperforming businesses to stabilise, grow and prosper.
