Tony Sweeney

I am a Chartered Surveyor and began my career undertaking rating revaluation work. Having been a former employee of the Valuation Office (V.O.) I decided to specialise in Valuation and Rating Appeals on behalf of multi-site occupiers throughout the UK. In 1998 I was asked to join Consultiam to head up the newly created rating audit department with extensive current involvement in the public utility audit work. This business flourished and I expanded the team right up until 2003 when I lead a MBO of the company to form Capa. Since then I have headed up our audit function and to date have been responsible for over £125m of recoveries.
