How can insolvency companies navigate troubled waters?

Taking place live and in-person on 9 December, this CDP-accredited event will bring together turnaround specialists with private equity funds, M&A advisors, insolvency practitioners, lawyers and lenders to one place.

Topics that will be explored across the day-long conference include the consequences of the lifting of government support and the impact of the resumption of collections. In addition to this, there will be discussions on the lifting of winding up petitions rules and a review of the criticism and accountability of insolvency practitioners’ conduct.

The event, held at the Hilton Bankside in London, will also look at the practical implications of the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Fair Business Banking’s recent report on the insolvency industry, which said the industry is “failing in its primary goal of supporting the wider economy”. As part of this, we will hear from Kevin Hollinrake MP, chairman of the APPG on Fair Business Banking.
