This award recognises the firm that has demonstrated exceptional skill in restructuring and insolvency work across high-risk, high-reward emerging markets, overcoming unique challenges to deliver superior outcomes.

Open to solicitors or barristers specialising in cross-border insolvency and restructuring matters. Nominees must have acted in cases involving at least two jurisdictions.
Who should enter?
Any firm specialising in any aspect of business rescue is encouraged to apply for this award. Bank restructuring teams can also enter.
Who should enter?
Open to licensed insolvency practitioners specialising in cross-border corporate restructuring, insolvency or turnaround. Nominees must have led cases involving at least two jurisdictions or significant international complexities.
Who should enter?
This category recognizes the most exceptional international business turnaround, where a distressed company was restored to viability without formal insolvency proceedings.
Who should enter?
This award is open to firms (in both the accountancy and legal sectors) who work on international, turnaround, restructuring or insolvency cases as a significant part of their caseload.
Confidentiality
All materials will remain confidential to the judges. Winning case studies may be used in post-event materials to promote best practice but permission will be sought from entrants before publishing.
